The Open Adaptive District

A protocol for AI work. A team of three to six staff picks one problem, spends six weeks building a better way to handle it, and publishes what happened, including what didn't work. We run it at Peninsula, and any district can adopt it.

The cycle

Six weeks of work, then two weeks between cycles. A team runs one build per cycle.
