Why we are here
A district that
moves at the
pace of change.
AI capability doubles every six months. District change cycles take years. That gap is
where public education loses ground.
We are going to operate differently here — small cross-silo teams, six-week experiments,
honest public debriefs, a quarterly intent that holds the line on what matters.
This is the start.

Adoption Brief
It worked.
What we tried, what we learned, why we're scaling, what others should know.
Decommission Brief
It didn't.
What we tried, what we learned, why we're stopping, what others should not repeat.
Continuation Brief
We need another cycle.
What we tried, what we learned, what we're testing next, revised hypothesis.
Decommissioning publicly is a feature, not a failure. Quiet
abandonment is the failure mode.

The Logbook
An agent skill you load into your AI.
The Logbook reads your team's Google Chat Space, synthesizes across
teams, coaches you through your cycle, and drafts your end-of-cycle brief.
It does four jobs:
- Synthesize — weekly digest across teams
- Coach — walk you through any SHIP phase
- Draft — first drafts of your briefs
- Flag — accountability and conflict surfacing
